1. Select your movie viewer here. Most Windows-based machines are able to read Windows Media files.
2. Select your internet connection here.
3. Download is started by clicking on Low or High under the appropriate movie viewer in the appropriate row.

Dial-up/Modem users can download the high quality videos, however, this may take some time and therefore will tie up your computer.

If you are having problems with videos, you can save them to your computer and access them locally.  

To do this, right click on the movie you wish to view and select "Save Target As" as seen above. Then choose the location you want to save the video.  You can then play the video by double clicking on the file you saved to your local  computer.
